I'm feeling guilty right now because I haven't gone to the gym today. I didn't need to swim this morning, so I didn't get up early to do that. When I got home from work I was supposed to go up and ride a bike for 1 hour and then run 6 miles. I took a little cat nap and I just haven't had the energy to go.
Granted, I've had a headache all day too. The nap was much needed and I still haven't got rid of my headache.
So, to make up for not going tonight, instead of going to the bar tomorrow night, I will come home from work and hit the gym.
But I still feel guilty for not getting up and going.
