So, last week, I wasn't feeling well at all and I read on the internet that it's not so good of an idea to work out while you're sick, because it can make your sickness worse and it can take longer to get better.
So, I took last week off from working out. For some reason, when I don't work out, I lose ALL self control when it comes to food. I don't know why, but this is definitely something I need to work on.
Needless to say, I gained 8 lbs last week. But, as of this last Saturday, I've jumped back on the bandwagon, and I've worked out twice every day this week. :) I'll keep you posted how much weight I lose this week.
