So I've decided that I need to take at least 1 day every week to NOT workout. I've done this before and it has worked well, but then I got all hyped up about my 1/2 marathon coming up and had this grand idea that I need to run at least 4 days a week, with one of the days being Sunday.
Well, with everything going on in my life, lately, I have been running 4, or if not more, days of the week. Well, after tonight, it just seems that it is causing WAY too much anxiety and I just need to take a day of rest. I workout plenty enough all the other days of the week, so I don't think it'll hurt anything to not workout on Sundays.
