I need suggestions on how to improve my T1. My T1 always seems to be REALLY slow. I don't know how else to improve it.
I can only think the reason it's so slow is because of swimmers fatigue. I mean, I have elastic shoe laces so I'm not spending my time tying my shoe laces. I have a tri suit, so it's not like I'm putting on clothes or anything.
I don't know what to do. My T1 is usually around 1:30-1:45 and I'm not happy with that time.
