I'm nervous. Tomorrow I need to run 6.2 miles. I haven't run that far in a LONG time. I used to pound out 6.2 miles on a treadmill almost every day until I got shin splints. Shin splints really put a stop to that.
I just signed up for another 1/2 marathon in July. So, I really need to start getting my distance in.
I know I can run 4 miles. I can do that easily. I'm just nervous about running 6 miles. I guess I'll see tomorrow morning how it goes.
