Finding a Nutrionist

I think I need to have a consultation with a nutrionist. This past week has really made me start thinking about my eating habits.

With how long I've been doing triathlons and eating differently, I should be able to handle my stress eating and stuff like that better.

When I get depressed, or bored, or stressed, or whatnot, I eat. If I don't workout first thing in the morning, I eat all day and my self control goes out the window. To me, that just isn't right.

So, my question is...does anybody have any suggestions as to how I go about finding a nutrionist?

Hey, you should check out University of Utah's Peak Health and Fitness.

Our insurance benefits are through the U and these services are offered to us free. There is a price list on the left hand side of the screen for the general public..I think they are pretty reasonable... :)? Not sure they sound ok to me.

We are planning on taking advantage on some of the nutrition counseling.

Best of Luck. You are a great inspiration to me:) Keep up the good work.
